Anchor Investigative Services is a fresh new company grown from the roots of experience and the base of education.

After achieving concurrent bachelors of Science degrees in criminal justice (investigative service) and fire science (arson investigation) from The University of New Haven, Michael Auletta immediately went to work for one of the premier private investigative firms in the North East. While learning in the field from their experience and honing his own skills, Mr. Auletta completed thousands of cases over the approximate 10 years with that company for countless clients from all different backgrounds.  He achieved a commendation as Investigator of the Year in 2013 and numerous compliments from satisfied clients.  That company continues to thrive as a super-regional investigative force but Michael decided it was time to focus on his home state of New Jersey.

Anchor Investigative Services was born. Using the relationships fostered over the years and embracing the latest technology, Anchor is poised to provide personal investigative service to each and every client. We rely on specific knowledge and connections found only in New Jersey to enhance efficiency and generate the best possible results. 

Frank is a Licensed Private Detective in New Jersey holding a B.S. in Accounting and Finance specializing in Fraud Examination, Forensic Audits and Supply Chain Security. Frank has over 10 years as a security specialist and private investigator providing services for law firms, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations. In addition Frank has over 25-years’ experience in public and private accounting he was President for Winthrop Financial Search Group and The Watson Blake Group executive staffing companies. Controller for VECTORDYNE Inc. a privately held services company, Sr. Accountant with CBIZ a national accounting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Jr. Accountant with Fishbein & Company conducting audits, reviews, compilations, and tax preparation.

Rudy is a corporate security professional specializing in supply chain security management. He has been a licensed private detective in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2017 with experience in general investigations, security operations and threat management. He is a certified ALICE Instructor (Active Shooter Response) and a Pennsylvania Certified Agent Act 235.   

Rudy is a 24-year retired law enforcement veteran having served in administrative, investigative, undercover and uniformed assignments with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office County Detective Bureau, Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office State Drug Task Force, Philadelphia Police Department and the Philadelphia Housing Authority Police Department. 

Jeff manages the NJLPIA listserv and acts as our moderator to assure posted listserv rules are followed. 

Jim is the chair of the Training committee and co-chairs the technology committee overseeing website development and implementation.

Jim Nanos is a licensed professional investigator and surveillance expert specializing in cohabitation investigations and covert remote cameras. Jim is also the owner of ThePICoach.com and has provided instruction to thousands of licensed private investigators across the country.

Anthony is the chair of the Legislation committee and co-chairs the technology committee overseeing website development and implementation.

He has served on the Executive Board since 2020 and has been an active member of the National Association of Legal Investigators and the National Defender Investigator Association in addition to other industry specific professional organizations.

Stacie Monique Ellis is a retired law enforcement officer with 28 years of sworn service and more than three decades of experience in emergency medical services. A graduate of Morgan State University (BA, Sociology/Health Education) and William Paterson University (MA, Sociology), she is the owner of JC Security and Training LLC and Stacie M. Ellis Private Investigations, where she specializes in background investigations and process service throughout Passaic and Sussex Counties.

Stacie currently serves as Director of the UMAC Vernon Aftercare/Summer Camp Programs and remains deeply involved in community service. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she chairs the Emergency Response Team, and of The National Society of Pershing Angels, serving as a training officer. Her civic engagement also includes work with the Vernon Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Referral Round Table, and the Sussex County ASI Level 2 Training Center. Stacie is also the author of Superman, a tribute to her father’s guidance and the values that shaped her life. She brings her commitment to service, safety, and community empowerment to the NJLPIA Board of Trustees.
