Retired Deputy Chief of Police with more than 35 years of law enforcement, investigative, and executive leadership experience. I served with the Jersey City Police Department in progressively responsible assignments culminating in service as Deputy Chief of Police and Bureau Commander. Extensive experience in criminal investigations, counterterrorism, intelligence coordination, fugitive investigations, and multi-agency operations involving local, state, and federal law enforcement partners, including the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, DEA, ATF, and United States Marshals Service. I conducted and supervised complex investigations, major-event security operations, threat assessments, and critical-incident response activities throughout a distinguished public safety career. I am the Founder and Principal of Praetorian Risk Management Solutions (PRMS), a New Jersey-based private investigative and security consulting firm providing investigative, risk management, and advisory services to corporate, municipal, legal, and private-sector clients.
